Church Development & Redevelopment Committee (CDRC) works with congregations of any size which seek to

revitalize and re-energize their ministry by providing resources, both ideological and financial. 

It is also the CDRC's mission to strategize the development of new congregations

and/or joint ministry efforts within the bounds of Newton Presbytery
